What is Polyamide?

Polyamide is a plastic-based fabric, similar to polyester, that also goes by the name “nylon fabric”.

It is the result of a complex polymerization process that involves heating and compressing fossil fuels to create nylon & polyamide sheets.

These sheets are then turned into small fragments which are melted and put through spinneret machines to create polyamide fibers which can then be changed into their final desired form depending on what they intended use is.
